1. Shipping within the U.S., USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail, both with Tracking.
2. For International Shipping, Priority International with Tracking.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN FOR REFUND
At Cloud Pine Studio we always make the best efforts to guarantee that you are happy with your transaction. However,
If the purchaser is not happy with the shipped item, we will Exchange the item or Refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost of $10.00 if we shipped the item Complimentary. In California sales tax will be returned. Shipping fee to send the item back, is the purchaser's responsibility.
****NO RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR: SPECIAL DEALS / DISCOUNTED ITEMS / PURCHASES ON PAYMENT PLAN:****
1- REGULAR PURCHASES RETURN FOR REFUND: a purchaser only needs to contact Cloud Pine Studio and communicate the problem IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT. All items must be returned in unused and in the same condition as delivered to your doorstep: in its ORIGINAL CONDITION with Original Wrappings and Tags Attached: Unworn, Undamaged, and Unaltered in any shape or form and WITHIN 48 HOURS of its delivery. When we receive the item and after thorough inspection to make sure there are no damages, the purchase will be refunded.
** NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR: ITEMS WITHOUT THE PRICE AND ITEM TAGS, DAMAGED/ BROKEN ITEMS, USED/ WORN/ ALTERED ITEMS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM**
2- MADE TO ORDER/ CUSTOM ORDER / SPECIAL ORDER / ALTERED MERCHANDISE PURCHASES:The Custom Order/ Special Order's gemstones and choices of color and other related material are going to be purchased from the supplier and handcrafted upon client's instructions. Shipping and delivery will conclude the Special/ Custom order transaction. The altered and adjusted items for a client's specification makes it into a custom order and it is not returnable.
** NO RETURN / NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS/ SPECIAL ORDERS / MODIFIED MEASUREMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
3- INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN: No Longer than 3 months, agreed upon payment every 2 weeks. In case a customer fails to make their agreed upon Installment Payments on time, after two weeks the merchandise is coming back to the market and $100 will be forfeited from any remaining deposit balance to pay for photography and re- inventory of the merchandise.
